Competitive bodybuilders want to show every muscle on their body and so on stage they wear nothing but posing trunks to cover their privates. Ironically, those same posing trunks don't hide much and sometimes show the size and shape of what's underneath. They are not naked, but bodybuilders with a Visible Penis Line (VPL) in their posing trunks sure don't leave much to the imagination!
